What is energy healing & how does it work?
Energy Healing can take many forms. My practice is built on a foundation in Reiki Therapy, and encompasses Chakra Alignment, Intuitive Energy Work, Spiritual Counseling, & Psychic Tarot Reading.
Sunshine & Love Energy Healing offers a safe and nurturing environment for clients of all ages to reconnect with their inner peace, clarity, and balance. With nearly two decades of experience, I provide in-person sessions, distance healing, group Reiki circles, and motivational energetic support to help you navigate life’s challenges with more ease and alignment.
In each session, I work intuitively to guide Reiki energy where it’s most needed—clearing emotional blockages, calming the nervous system, and helping you feel clean, clear, and bright. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to themselves after just one session.
In addition to Reiki, I offer tarot card readings for those seeking deeper insight and direction, as well as ongoing energetic support for your personal or spiritual journey.
I am honored to offer my practice through The Curious Heart Spiritual Healing Center—home to twelve individual holistic wellness practitioners running their own businesses within The Curious Heart.
