About me, Melissa.

I am a certified Level Three Traditional Usui Reiki Master and Intuitive Meditation Coach with over 15 years of experience in the field of alternative healing. Based in New Providence, New Jersey, I grew up in New Hampshire, where my deep connection to nature and holistic practices first blossomed.

Passionate about empowering others to achieve balance and well-being, I combine Reiki energy healing with intuitive coaching to help clients release stress, heal emotional blockages, and cultivate inner peace. Through my work, I guide individuals toward more mindful, purposeful living, offering tools for lasting personal transformation.

Trained in the Usui method of Reiki over the course of two years, with additional studies in chakra work and mindful meditation, I bring deep respect and gratitude for the Reiki lineage, its history, and its profound healing qualities. I am honored to share these gifts with clients and students, offering immense compassion as they embark on their healing journeys.
